Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases from RobWalker Apparel. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your items with in 14 days. You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit.
All items bought on clearance or by special sale are final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: RobWalker Apparel, 450 N. Brice Road, #338 , Blacklick OH 43004, United States.
You , the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Please use a method that can be tracked. Inform us of the tracking information by email. All items must be in there original condition and well protected. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the item.
Returned item shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, we advised that you use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
